Welcome to Xavier

Welcome to Xavier University

Perhaps we're a bit biased, but we like to think that Xavier is one of the best places to work—not just in Cincinnati, but anywhere. Our 190-acre campus is alive with activity. Our opportunities for growth and advancement aren't just limited to students in the classroom. Our faculty and staff are seen as members of the 'Xavier Family.'

And, judging by the interest we get from people wanting to work here, it's safe to say many others would agree. Perhaps that's why you're here. Good. Welcome. We're always looking for new family members.

If you see a job listing that you're interested in, we encourage you to apply. If not, check back often. Xavier is an active and growing community, and our job listings are updated regularly. In the meantime, please feel free to explore the rest of this site. We've tried to put together information on a wide variety of topics that offer a glimpse into Xavier and why we think it's such a great place to work.

Take a look. Take your time. We're glad you're here.
