The mission of the Office of Human Resources at Xavier University is to support the Xavier community in the education and formation of students, to cultivate an organizational culture that welcomes and inspires excellence, and to collaboratively address faculty and staff issues to maximize individual and organizational performance, health and well-being while preserving our Jesuit character as the premier university in the region.
